A pivotal stride within our globalization blueprint, the inception of our European subsidiary stands as a cornerstone of NEP's strategic thrust into the European sphere. This summer (1st July) bore witness to our German office's migration from Munich to the iconic Westhafen Tower in Frankfurt—an emblematic shift emblematic of the mission and dedication of our European team.

 

Fuelled by an efficacious recruitment drive, the NEP Europe team expeditiously laid the foundation and bolstered the core of our local team in record time. As our business horizons continue to expand, our pursuit of exceptional talents from diverse European realms remains unwavering. Navigating the realm of logistics supply, NEP Europe has orchestrated warehousing and logistics hubs across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond, affirming our commitment to satisfying the holistic product and service requisites of customers spanning the European expanse.

 

In the arena of region-specific publicity, NEP Europe has pioneered initiatives centred on fortifying our corporate brand presence and propagating our recruitment endeavours. Unveiling our prowess across major social media platforms, we have amassed invaluable insights. This week, a revamped European official website, adorned with trilingual support (English, German, French), is set to debut as scheduled, with plans for subsequent inclusion of Spanish, Italian, and more.

 

Elevating the echelons of after-sales service, NEP Europe has instituted dedicated lines for English and German support. Our steadfast commitment entails assigning dedicated after-sales teams to initiate follow-ups within a mere 24 hours of customer queries, thereby maximally addressing their reasonable needs.

 

Nurtured within Europe's fabric, our NEP Europe team is intrinsically attuned to the aesthetic predilections and demands of local patrons. In an unceasing quest for enhancement, we perpetually recalibrate our trajectory, reaffirm our position, and remain intimately connected to our customers. Transitioning to offline engagement, our European marketing pursuits are in full momentum. Casting our gaze back to June, the NEP brand commanded attention at the Munich-based Intersolar exhibition. Our locally adept team presented two groundbreaking new products, eliciting a robust market response and eliciting considerable customer interest—efficaciously laying the groundwork for lasting impact.

 

Marking a significant calendar date, September 28th will witness NEP's European delegation gracing the esteemed 4th Spanish Future Solar Energy Storage Conference in Madrid. This congregation will convene renowned EPCs, proprietors, investors, and government entities from Europe. Paul Dolejschi, NEP's European Sales Manager, will deliver a speech at the event, showcasing the prowess of our two new offerings—BDH-800 and BDS-1000. 

 

In mid-October, a fresh chapter unfurls as the NEP European team embarks on its inaugural business venture in Birmingham, UK. Imminent thereafter, come early November, our European team shall grace the Austrian Photovoltaic and Electricity Storage Experts Conference—presented by TPPV and PV Austria. This flagship event stands as a pinnacle assembly for Austria's photovoltaic and energy storage sphere. As November draws to a close, the European team will be a prominent presence at Düsseldorf's Solar Solution, poised to amplify the triumph initiated by the mid-year Intersolar trade exposition. This endeavor extends our endeavor to augment NEP's brand resonance within the German market.
