Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Northern Electronic Power-NEP.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy. The following conditions apply to all products purchased from our distributors. Statutory warranty claims are of course unaffected by these regulations.

"Company" (referred to in this agreement as either "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") refers to Northern Electric Power Technology (Netherlands) B.V., Margriet Toren, Haaksbergweg 75, Unit 9.1 WS21, 1101 Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale under the Offer.

"Orders" means a request by you to purchase NEP Products from our distributor.

"Service" refers to the website.

"Website" refers to Northern Electronic Power-NEP, accessible at https://eu.northernep.com/.

"You" means the person accessing or using the Service or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.

 

Return conditions

The conditions for returning the goods are as follows:

- The goods are returned within the warranty period

- The goods remain in their original packaging or an appropriate invoice or other proof of purchase can be provided.

The following goods cannot be returned:

- For goods that have been custom made or clearly tailored to your requirements, please contact your retailer in the first instance.

- Goods showing signs of wilful damage must be assessed by our technical team before they can be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions. If your return request is rejected, we will provide you with a full explanation of the case in question.

 


Return of goods

The return and exchange service must be handled through our customer service support_eu@northernep.com. Please note that during email communication we will ask you for the relevant invoice, your desired delivery address, SN number and other machine information, which will only be used to deal with individual customer service issues and will not be stored or used for any other purpose. We may send you a postal return and exchange order, which will depend on the different circumstances of the individual case and will be handled on the basis of an e-mail communication.

You bear the risk of returning the goods to us. The return and exchange address and details can be found in the customer service email.

We do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend insured and trackable postage. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return.
